The Official Biography For Scott Randy Gerber

Scott “Randy” Gerber, an American businessman, educator, and author, has a diverse background spanning various industries, including emergency medical services, transportation, hospitality, security, education, and investment management. He spent the majority of his career in emergency medical services, rising to become Vice President of Operations for Mobile Medical Response, Inc., a Michigan-based non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. There, he oversaw a team of over 500 EMS professionals across ten counties, making MMR one of the largest ambulance providers in the state. His efforts to bring paramedic-level care and increase the availability of automated external defibrillators in rural Michigan counties earned him a United States Congressional Tribute in Washington, D.C. in February 2002, presented by Michigan Congressman James Barcia.

Scott’s commitment to excellence and passion for making a difference in people’s lives are evident in his leadership skills and expertise across various industries. Recently, he has been more dedicated to his family’s business group, Gerber International Holdings, LLC, based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He currently resides in the Tampa Bay Area, where he is deeply involved in addressing the ongoing homeless situation in Florida, a cause that became important to him shortly after moving to the Orlando area in 2020. He relocated to the Tampa Bay Area in 2022 to be closer to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and to pursue his passions for sailing, cooking, writing, and photography.

Since moving to Tampa Bay, Scott has been involved in several projects, including establishing a weekly podcast on the iHeartRadio platform called “Tipping Point Tampa Bay,” which he co-hosts with another Florida Businessman. He has also started two blogs: “The Traveling Day Trader,” which shares his journey in investing and day trading, and “Whispers of the Soul.” where he shares some of his lifetime of writings, poems, and photography. Additionally, he is currently working on two books, covering his journey in investing and day trading, and a young readers book which is expected to be released worldwide in the coming months.

Mr. Gerber has two children: a son, Adrian S. Gerber, who passed away at the age of twelve after a lengthy battle with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and a daughter, Danielle A. Gerber, a successful Michigan business woman with a background in both the financial and legal fields. Danielle has one son, Winston, making Scott a proud grandfather.
